When somebody is killed in accidents or clash, or when some political party, social group have some demand with government or Organization or person, most often Nepalese people call for a Strike which is also called Nepal Bandha.The strike can be at specific area or can be through out whole country.All ground transportation, Markets , Schools, Colleges and all other type of service giving institution will be closed during strike.That will be a complete shut down of everything.
This may affect the itinerary of tourists along with the normal life of people in Nepal.So one must try to get the updated information about the situation in town while they are inside country.
